  1. How can I cancel my account?
    • You can cancel your account at any time by going to your account page and selecting the Subscriptions tab. Then you can click “Cancel” next to your current subscription.
    • You will receive an email confirmation that the cancellation was successful. 
    • Once you cancel your account, you will still have access to Teaching Mama membership until your current subscription period ends.
  2. How do I update my credit card?
    • To update your card, just visit your account page and select the Subscriptions tab.
    • You will see a link to update your credit card.
    • After you update, your payment will be processed immediately.
  3. I’m having trouble printing. What should I do?
    • First, make sure you are using Adobe Reader. Also make sure you are using the most current version.
    • If a printable is not fitting on the page, try selecting ‘fit to page’ under the printer settings.
